The Serpent Handler: Medusa Star Gate
The thought of the thirteenth zodiac brings up much debate throughout the many lenses of astrology. The human-like figure holding the serpent, reflecting down on each one of us whether it be day or night, just as all the stars do. The formulated constellation with the current name Ophiuchus, meaning “the serpent bearer” in Greek, is commonly understood as a man grasping a snake. With all the controversy over the Snake Handler being a member of the zodiac, we all become distracted from the pervasive male entitlement taking over the sky.
The Serpent Mysteries are riches known by few and feared by many. Major book religions indoctrinate the masses with words like evil, hell and temptation as Eve bites the apple of knowledge given by satan disguised as a snake. The gnosis is there, convoluted by layers of control and programming, as the Tree of Life is the Inner Temples activated through self knowing, kundalini flowing up, down and through the circuits, expanding us out to our celestial form. The pope of the Catholic church sits at the throne in the hall of the pontifical audiences in Rome, designed to look like a serpent head, with seating capacity of 6,300; numerologically reducing to the number 9, the sigil of enlightenment of the realms after the mastery of the 8 of the double serpent.
Medusa is the gatekeeper of the Serpent Mysteries and Inner Temples of self transformation. She is a Triple Moon Goddess originating in Africa who was stolen by the Greco-romans and turned into a mortal demon after they killed all her priestesses and destroyed all her ritual items. This is how she has remained in human consciousness through warped mythology that only benefits white men. Meanwhile, religious men preach of the evil serpents, hoarding all the occult power of this sacred symbol for their own heroic glory.
Aesculapius, the ancient Roman god of medicine, was said to have been killed by Zeus for his abilities to bring people back from the dead, a threat to the eternal division between humanity and the gods, and Zeus placed him in the night sky under the snake holder constellation. The rod of aesculapius, similar to the caduceus, is a serpent-entwined rod, used for healing and Medicinal arts, ritual purification and to cure the sick of their ills. Aesculapius was also said to have used the blood of Medusa to heal and treat illness; the poison that heals is the poison that kills as snake Venom is the cure for a snake bite.
The mainstream understanding of “Ophiuchus” is no different than that of our current patriarchal tyranny; a man possessing the serpent and all its hidden mastery. As in the stars, so on Earth; as above, so below. The control is permeating from both sides as the religious dogmatic domination grips tight on our Will Forces through fear tactics and false realms of salvation. Then I ponder to why we distract ourselves with ego-based zodiacal signs and not pay more attention to the deep magical spell-workings keeping us asleep to our own clairvoyance, Will forces and Deity-guides while the greed feeders suck our land dry and devour our spirits whole.
The information is out there. The knowledge is inside. All we must do is look, ask questions and connect to our own divine source. The hidden mustn’t remain shadowed. Medusa can not stay veiled in a malevolent shroud while we freely give our empowerment to our oppressors. When you look up at the stars to the grand serpent handler, see Medusa, Goddess of the serpent mysteries, gatekeeper of the inner realms and holder of true transfiguration through rebel consciousness. As we awaken to ourselves as our own god, the illusion of authority will melt, and we will be one step closer to the return of the golden age.
